Jason Stine

VP, Sales & Marketing

Jason joined CRF Solutions in 2009, bringing with him over 25 years of business development, finance and marketing experience from his work in securities and investment management as well as several start-up ventures. He’s a consultative specialist with a broad background that thrives on building relationships and solutions to help businesses grow to their next level. Jason leverages the company’s operational expertise to maximize client debt recoveries as he ensures their customer experience is second to none.

Growing up in the pacific northwest Jason earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Central Washington then moved to Los Angeles and now resides in north San Diego where he enjoys the beach living.

Stacy Ford

VP, Client Service

Stacy has been part of the CRF Solutions team since 2003. She has over 30 years of experience in the accounts receivable industry. She believes that excellent client service is the key of managing a successful partnership with her clients. A true expert in the construction industry, Stacy brings a wealth of knowledge to our Construction Notice and our Collection Services. She enjoys educating our clients and their staff about construction notices and the tools available to assist with their receivables management.

Stacy is very involved with the Epilepsy Foundation and raising funds for cancer research. She loves the beach, boating on the lake, hiking, and wine tasting with the girls, Forget Starbucks, she prefers a nice cup of hot tea at home and a good book!

Ken Collins

Business Development Manager

Ken has over 30 years of experience in the collection industry. Starting off as a clerk in the mailroom, Ken has succeeded at just about every support, operational and management position in the commercial collection industry. Since 2009 he has been a successful Business Development Manager at CRF Solutions. Ken is well versed in collecting for industries as diverse as Insurance, Transportation, Advertising, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Sporting Goods, Finance, and Food & Beverage, among many others. Ken’s knowledge and attention to detail means his client's receive exceptional service and products that are tailored to their needs. He receives high praise for his communication and preparation.

Ken works out of his home in Portland OR. When he is not at work he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, photography, travelling with his lovely wife.

Andrea Parisi

VP, Key Accounts

Andrea began her career with BICA in 1989 as the Education Coordinator for the Association. She was promoted to Vice President and in 2005 was elected President of BICA by the Board of Directors.
During her tenure, Andrea was instrumental in implementing new services in the Association, including the cornerstone product, a nationwide preliminary notice service.

In 2021 BICA joined forces with CRF Solutions. Andrea continues to be an integral part of the BICA family merging with their new CRFS family. She is proud of her focused efforts on retaining the same valued services to all clients. She continues to oversee her team, most of whom have been with BICA for many years, as they transition into the CRFS family.

Andrea graduated from California State University Long Beach with a degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, Andrea moved to Washington DC and where she worked with members of Congress, and later as a caterer for over six years. Upon her return home to California, Andrea answered a local ad in the newspaper for BICA and as we say, the rest is history.

Shiloh Creel

Business Development Manager

Shiloh joined our marketing team in 2017, bringing with him an accomplished background in the Healthcare, Real Estate, Financial, and Automotive industries. His passion for quality client service and high professional standards were a perfect match for CRF Solutions’ core tenants: integrity, flexibility, transparency, & performance. Shiloh’s formative years were spent travelling abroad with his family in northern and central Mexico before moving to Dallas in 1990. He studied accounting, finance, marketing, & Spanish at University of North Texas and later earned a Master of Arts in conflict management & dispute resolution from Southern Methodist University.

Weekends find Shiloh at local North Texas baseball fields cheering on his twin sons or beaming at his daughter’s choir and ballet performances. Of course, when hockey season comes around he’s watching the Dallas Stars!
