Anthony Terry - President

Anthony Terry


Tony began his career in the accounts receivable industry in 1986. He co-founded Continental Recovery Services (CRF Solutions) in 1991. Together with the addition of key personnel along the way, he helped build the company into a successful third party accounts receivable management firm. He held the position of Executive Vice President Chief Operations Officer until November 2005 when he was named President.

His mission is to continue to work with the management staff to deliver the type of superior service and results that has become the trademark of the company.

Don Sullivan - CDO

Donald Sullivan

Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

Don is a co-founder of the CRFSolutions and began his career in the collection industry in 1985 as a commercial debt collector. He has been the primary developer of the collection and lien management software that the company has deployed. His experience as a collector, and knowledge of software capabilities, has enabled him to develop software applications from a users standpoint, resulting in very user friendly and practical applications. In addition, his experience over the last 30 years dealing with over 1000 different companies has given him an understanding of the different challenges clients face.

Don is currently part of a team that has designed and created a new database platform utilizing the .NET technology that combines all of the proprietary software currently being used by CRF Solutions. Don's abilities and contributions make him an important part of this process, and will continue to help CRF Solutions provide the level of service to be a true national leader.

Donna-Michele Dorado

Chief Operations Officer

Donna has been in the Accounts Receivable Management field for over 25 years. She has a wide breadth of experience including operational management, new client implementation, construction notice processing and value added receivables management.

For the past 14 years, she has concentrated her focus in creating accounts receivable solutions for material suppliers in the construction industry. Donna provides key account management for high volume commercial credit grantors, operations support and insight for the sales team and detailed statistical analysis to uncover opportunities for improvement.

Donna is a licensed private investigator and a volunteer docent at the Presidential Library.

Tony Albanesi

Vice President, Collection Operations

Tony joined the CRF team in March of 2014 and brings over 30 years of experience in the credit & collection industry, with the majority in senior management. Tony oversees our collection department and his experience in operational management, client service, corporate administration and debt collection has helped him earn the reputation as an industry leader.

Tony is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Psychology and a Certification in Business Administration. He uses his experience and education to provide our clients with the best service available in the industry while emphasizing the development of the people and processes within CRF to maximize recovery and results.

Jason Stine

VP, Sales & Marketing

Jason joined CRF Solutions in 2009, bringing with him over 25 years of business development, finance and marketing experience from his work in securities and investment management as well as several start-up ventures. He’s a consultative specialist with a broad background that thrives on building relationships and solutions to help businesses grow to their next level. Jason leverages the company’s operational expertise to maximize client debt recoveries as he ensures their customer experience is second to none.

Growing up in the pacific northwest Jason earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Central Washington then moved to Los Angeles and now resides in north San Diego where he enjoys the beach living.

Stacy Ford

VP, Client Service

Stacy has been part of the CRF Solutions team since 2003. She has over 30 years of experience in the accounts receivable industry. She believes that excellent client service is the key of managing a successful partnership with her clients. A true expert in the construction industry, Stacy brings a wealth of knowledge to our Construction Notice and our Collection Services. She enjoys educating our clients and their staff about construction notices and the tools available to assist with their receivables management.

Stacy is very involved with the Epilepsy Foundation and raising funds for cancer research. She loves the beach, boating on the lake, hiking, and wine tasting with the girls, Forget Starbucks, she prefers a nice cup of hot tea at home and a good book!

Laura Pavey

VP,Construction Notice Service

Laura brings an extensive background in A/R Management as well as in process design and improvement. During her 20+ year career Laura has designed and implemented complex project plans for a healthcare financial services company and managed collection operations for a large commercial recovery agency.

Her current role with CRF Solutions is to oversee all aspects of our Lien Management Group. She is responsible for the development of process flows for internal and external customers.

Mike Price

Director, Construction Notice Service

Mike has been with CRF Solutions for over 19 years now, and has become an integral part of our Lien Management Division. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities and quality control of the production floor, as well as running the many automated processes that are used throughout the workday.

Mike’s knowledge and his abilities continue to help us provide a quality Lien Management service unmatched by any other company in our industry.

Andrea Parisi

VP, Key Accounts

Andrea began her career with BICA in 1989 as the Education Coordinator for the Association. She was promoted to Vice President and in 2005 was elected President of BICA by the Board of Directors.
During her tenure, Andrea was instrumental in implementing new services in the Association, including the cornerstone product, a nationwide preliminary notice service.

In 2021 BICA joined forces with CRF Solutions. Andrea continues to be an integral part of the BICA family merging with their new CRFS family. She is proud of her focused efforts on retaining the same valued services to all clients. She continues to oversee her team, most of whom have been with BICA for many years, as they transition into the CRFS family.

Andrea graduated from California State University Long Beach with a degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, Andrea moved to Washington DC and where she worked with members of Congress, and later as a caterer for over six years. Upon her return home to California, Andrea answered a local ad in the newspaper for BICA and as we say, the rest is history.

Tasha Terry

Director, IT and Client Solutions

Tasha has been with CRF Solutions for 10 years. She began in our Construction Notice Department and spent time in Client Service before transitioning into our IT Department. She oversees the integration of technology-based solutions for our clients and internal staff. Her knowledge of the multiple facets of each department at CRF Solutions makes her an integral part of our team and overall success.

Tasha graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California Lutheran University where she also played soccer.

She enjoys sports, being outdoors and in her previous career, Tasha spent over 10 years in the radio industry, not only an On-Air DJ but also as a Producer for multiple Country radio shows broadcast throughout the United States. Tasha likes going to County concerts and seeing all her friends and former colleagues still in the business.
