Continental Recovery Services (CRF Solutions) was founded in 1991 and has become a leading provider of A/R Management Services for the Commercial Credit Industry. Over the last three decades, we have consistently outperformed our competition and brought innovation to our industry with services like our Small Claims Administration, our early placement programs as well as our National Lien Management Service.

In 1998, at the request of our A/R Management clients, CRFS debuted our Construction Notice Service. Since then we have helped thousands of companies nationwide secure their lien rights and more efficiently handle the complicated world of Lien Management. Our web based interface, Clientview has set the standard, offering the most comprehensive client interface in the industry.

Our competitive advantage is our people and technology. It begins with our founders, Tony Terry and Don Sullivan. Even after three decades of success they are intimately involved with every aspect of the business and take pride in the fact that CRFS continues to exceed our clients' expectations. Our management team brings more than 100 years of combined experience in collection and lien management, along with a commitment to execute the founders' vision of a forward thinking, customer centered, service organization. Finally, everyone shares our commitment to developing new technologies and improving existing technologies to help our clients increase their bottom line.

This commitment has led to the creation of CollectView™, LienView™, RentalView™ and JobView™, which provide data management services for our clients, as well as providing an interactive web site that allows them to manage their A/R claims (CollectView) and track their construction notice transactions (LienView, RentalView, JobView). Our CollectView™, LienView™, RentalView™ and JobView™ services transform our customer’s data input into data workflow procedures that optimize productivity and reduce time spent managing non-value-added receivables. Our data management services include continuous measurements of quality, prioritization of accounts and allow quick response to our clients’ requests and are accessible using common web browsers without the need for specialized software that may require periodic updates.
