A Successful Collector Needs To Have:

* Excellent communication skills
* Great analytical skills
* Ability to learn and apply negotiation skills
* Maintain a consistent level of professionalism at all times with the customer
* The ability to write effectively with proper grammar
* High school diploma
* Ability to multi-task
* Knowledge of basic computer functions
* Typing skills of 25 wpm are required
* Ability to read and interpret client information and technical procedures
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and managers
* Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or schedule form
